I was headhunted by a colleague who recommended me to Lick for this position. I received a phone call to discuss the role, the offer and to arrange coming in. There was an informal interview process where it was discussed in more detail. I was employed as part of a team that I had previously worked with for the same clients at Complete, our previous employer.
