A 45 minute interview with 2 associate's, the questions asked were generic ones about myself and university, as well as national policy and Lichfields specific questions. This was then followed by a 1 hour maths and written policy test.

Consisted of 45 min interview followed by an hour of a written policy and maths exam, which they admitted no one has time to complete as it's too long. Found out the outcome from an auto-generated email from head office a week later than I was told I would receive the result, with an offer to request feedback if desired, which was ignored.
