I got sent the questions a few days before hand, so I prepared my answers based on my cv and the job description, but when I get there they tell me what they’re looking for in answers so all the prep time they gave me was irrelevant as my answers didn’t cover what they were looking for.
Other people entered the interview space part way through my answer to “show the space around” and completely ruined my train of thought.
One of the interviewers asked me to “sing” as a joke, but it just felt like a power trip in disguise.
That same interviewer had to leave part way through to “answer a door” again, putting a pause in my interview.
Told me I would hear the next day about their decision, it took a week for a phone call of rejection, followed by an email outlining the points I had scored during the interview. That wasn’t brought to my attention was part of the process until I was there.
The whole process felt really inhuman and like I had received a bad grade at school for not answering the hidden questions that I didn’t realise I needed to answer when looking through my bad score.

Very thorough, straightforward and they provided great feedback even though I was unsuccessful - it was clearly orchestrated and allowed me opportunities to contribute to any questions I thought I couldn't answer.
