I sat in the big bosses office (the leading woman) with her daughter(who is a worker) and two other employees. The questions were pretty basic. Basically they are looking for someone with a strong backbone who can take a lot of crap, because in this job..... you have to take ALOT OF CRAP from furious/stupid tenants. It's mentally exhausting.
