I applied through the website, got interviewed by the Talent Acquisition Manager , got seleted and scheduled for 2nd interview and then before the appointment by 1 day it was cancelled. the reason they hired for the position internally. After that I got an job alert email that there is a similar vacancy, I asked to be interviewed for it, and got a response that the team that was supposed to interview me decided all of a sudden not to interview me. I felt so bad, and felt that it is an unfair process.
