On-site interview day, it was early in the 830am to 3 pm. 2 rounds of interviews, a presentation, and a team activity challenge. Every interviewee gets a different interviewer. The interviewers are not even from the department or the location you are applied for. My interviewer was not very nice to me but I heard from other candidates that their experience was great with their interviewers.

This was then reviewed and you would discuss your implementation and choices you made, assumptions you made, etc. It was one of a very few interviews which were applicable to the job and testing the basic skills needed to conduct the duties.

It was a 2 stage interview process, 1st was a 30min screening call with HR and 2nd was a 2hr interview. 1hr being technical where its split into 30mins of doing front end task and backend questions/task. Front end task was in ReactJS, it straightforward but does get trickier as it goes along, The backend was C# questions with SQL statement question which needs to done.
They did take 3 weeks or so to get back to see if you did get the offer or not.
