I sent in my resume, followed by a phone interview, then followed by a writing and editing test. The phone interview went presumably well since I was asked to complete a writing test within an hour of interviewing. The company wanted me to complete the test ASAP, so I agreed to a four-hour test on a Saturday morning. After that, I never heard back. Follow-ups went unanswered, no email saying thanks but no thanks was sent, the classic "I can't be bothered to treat applicants' time with the same value I treat my own." Gave off a bad impression of the company.

Long and inefficient process that included 3 interviews and 2 take-home tests.
The interviews were each scheduled separately with 1) hiring manager; 2) supervisor and 3) VP of Content.
The tests were an edit test and a news gathering test.
