First interview was just an HR screen, followed by a phone call with the hiring manager, then an on-site interview in Billerica which involved a tour and meeting the manager I had spoken to on the phone as well as the COO. I was invited to next steps, a 7 hr "trial project" based on a real problem they were facing with scrambled numbers, but declined to continue.

First round interview was great. Very detailed and lots of information provided about the company. It was communicative and I had the chance to ask questions which were answered in great detail.
