Application online and then an in-person interview. Was assigned a project to bring with me. It was pretty straightforward. The questions were interesting but not difficult. Felt more like a personality fit interview than anything.

Applied through the government website and then got a phone interview for the first round. After that, you get an in-person interview for the second round. It is a relatively quick process from start to finish.
