The hiring process was straight forward, they needed field tech and weer in short supply of able and capable technicians to in stall back of the house computer. It was for a contract work at first and once in the door, two more contracts were offered. No benefit though for these entry level field technician positions (system install onsite, Cisco router config and install, ...).
