Was contacted by the HR department to set up a face to face interview after a phone interview. Meet with the DO and the Exec Chef for about an hour each. Very informative and professional

Mostly over phone. Process held up due to lock out. 1 in person interview and cooking skills exhibition alone in empty kitchen showcasing a fully set chef table using anything I was able to find in the massive kitchen and dry storage areas. Spoke via telephone with Executive Chef, regional VP of culinary chef, and human resources.
