I found the job posting on Monster.com and revcieved a request for a phone interveiw with the HR Director with in 3 days. Once I have that phone interview, they scheduled a 1:1 qith the hiring manager within 3 days. After that interview I came back in the next week to meet with 6 others that included the Division Sr VP, one other VP and 3 of the department peers. It was the basic interview process and it was more about seeing if we would all fit.

Entretien
Fairly quick process. Took about 4-5 weeks for a total of 5 Teams interviews. Hiring manager and the lead engineer were the first two interview and went great. They were very professional and asked about my experiences which was identical to what they were looking for.
Marketing interviews were last 3 and they were very unprofessional. Didn't care or ask any questions about how my experiences match to what they're looking for. Felt like they ruled me out as a candidate before the interviews started. Felt rude when they asked questions about my current like, almost as if they were irritated as I spoke.
They were looking to fill for the same role for almost 2 years now and still haven't filled it. I wouldn't suggest working in such management environment. There is a clear divide within management in my experience.
