It was an easy and pleasant interview process. I was asked to go into one of the stores and have an interview with a store manager. The manager was really friendly and she was keen to get to know me and answer any questions I had regarding the company.

The interview was super last minute and had 3 stages, personal introduction, group interview with team building pegs and pair introduction where you have to convince the other person on why they should get hired

Very quick. Just a 10-15 minute talk and around an hour of onboarding training. And thats it, nice and easy. No knowlege needed, no pressure if you answered the question incorrectly.
