Applied online and got a call 2 weeks later for an interview. It was a group interview with 3 other people.The questions were very basic, like "why do you want to work here?." The interviewer was very rude. She she started the interview 10 minutes late and the minute she asked the first question, 2 of the applicants showed up & she scolded them for being late. Even though it was a group interview, she interviewed us one by one and she cut every body off when they were talking.If you coudn't come up with a response right away, she would skip you and asked somebody else a different question. She never introduced herself or talk about the company and she made all of feel incompetent whenever she talked to us. A few hours later I got a call saying I got the job.

It's a group interview, amount of people varies but can be 10+. They ask you to talk about yourself but also do some exercises seeing how you engage with others and work as a team. You should wear jeans to the interview.

There's an exercise where you get paired with another candidate and you have to try and convince the managers to hire them (testing sales skills, working memory, teamwork abilities)
The interview process was straightforward and conversational, with general behavioral questions focused on fashion awareness, interest in the Levi’s brand, customer service experience, and discussing personal strengths and areas for improvement in a retail sales environment.

How do you stay informed about current fashion trends and styles?
We were in a group and had to pick clothes out for a theme and present on why we chose those specific clothes. They gave us time to pick our clothes using ones from the store.
