I received a call from one of the manager around the area, we set up a date and we meet couple day latter with the district manager and have fun in the interview, then after a couple days the regional manager call me for an interview that day, so we meet with the district manager and again have fun

Easy as pie. Very simple and laid back. The DM was cool and it was a twenty minute interview overran. Easy questions like how long you’ve been in customer service and what’s your leadership style

Interview process is easy if you are internal. There is usually 1-2 interviews depending on on if you are external or internal. One will be with a store manager and the other is with the district manager.

Classic informal interview with store manager going over soft skills and interest in working for the company. Went over job history and experiences with team management. Very friendly and comfortable.
