J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Levi Strauss (New York, NY) en mars 2016
Entretien
I applied on the Levis website. A female Recruiter contacted me a week later to schedule a phone interview two weeks out. I was surprised by the length of time. As I was currently working, I scheduled the phone interview during my lunch break allowing an hour window. After waiting 15 minutes for the interview, I called the recruiter and asked her if it was still a good time. The recruiter responded that she had scheduled the interview for pacific and not eastern standard time. I immediately checked my email and forwarded her the interview confirmation that stated eastern time but I was still happy to talk later that day. During the actual phone interview, the recruiter continually paused because her cleaning lady was in her house and she need to talk to her. I received an email response two weeks later I wasn't selected to move forward. The recruiter copied herself back on the e-mail I assume to document the experience unless I tried to file a complaint. Overall a very unprofessional experience.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What are the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the business you have managed before?
It felt more like an interrogation. The interviewer who phone interviewed me wanted me to tell them every start and end date of each store I worked at for the past 15 years. Then wanted to know why I left for each of them. The interviewer also canceled our interview 4 times before I got a hold of them.

Recruiter reached out but it was quite unorganized and condescending
She offered to fix my resume but I am uncomfortable sending a copy of my resume. I still met with a manager after a week in person to discuss more about the job
