During our college's Campus Drive, we attended a Pre-Placement Talk led by Ram. He introduced us to the organization and the job description. The interview process began with an online test to evaluate our English, communication, and aptitude. Afterward, we were given a task to create a presentation on a topic within 60 minutes.
Even though I wasn't selected, the interviewer dedicated 15 to 20 minutes to provide detailed feedback on my strengths and areas needing improvement. Their guidance was exceptional. It felt more like a brilliant conversation than a typical interview.
