I had four calls with this company. The first was on online webinar with a group of other people. No questions or discussions were had. After that i had three phone calls with real people, each about 20 minutes long. Those calls were not very formal. The company was not transparent on the exact position. The job title I applied for was Marketing Assistant, however I came to realize that i would be a seller at trade shows. When they offered me the position I asked if I ahd time to think about it and they gave me a 24 hour deadline. They did not seem interested in my skillset or interests. It seemed like they needed a seat filled asap. Also was getting a MLM vibe.
