The process started with an application and eventual review by the CEO. I had an hour long discussion with the Cyber Security Manager who was a very smart person. We discussed various areas of penetration testing and it was an interesting, comfortable, and informal experience. I really enjoyed the conversation and was looking forward to further discussion. Unfortunately, I never heard back from the CEO despite being told that feedback was being passed over and that we would talk soon. It is disappointing when companies get your hopes up, but end up conforming to current ghosting standards. I will not be reaching out or applying here again in the future.
