Two rounds of interviews. One is virtual and the final is in-person. First interview went well and was very smooth. I got emailed right after the first interview that they would like to invite me for an on-site interview. The process to schedule this interview was a nightmare (it took 3 months). I got scheduled and rescheduled 4 times. They even booked me a flight ticket and had to cancel it and reschedule. There is absolutely no consideration for the candidate's time. I was told to book my own transportation to and from the airport and that I would get reimbursed. The on-site interview was okay; they pretty much asked me the same questions they asked during the first interview.
HR sent me an email right after the interview, telling me that they are in the process of making a decision and that they will let me know ASAP. I ended up getting ghosted. I sent 2 follow-up emails, but they never got back to me. I even emailed them, asking them to reimburse me for the taxi/Uber trips (like they said they would) and they just kept on ghosting. HR replied to my initial follow-up email 2 months later, stating how they are still discovering the scope of the position and whether they are ready to hire someone at this time (still ignoring my reimbursement). After I received this email, the very next day they posted multiple openings for the same position I interviewed for. The lack of professionalism and respect is alarming.
