Entretien
Two stage; one phone call which reviewed the experience, one video call which focussed more on the competency based template they had provided. It was unclear from HR at the start which stage was going to be in which call. Guidance provided for preparation was useful but generic. The Interviewers stuck to the structure relatively well for the competency based questions.
