The interview was split into a 3 piece process. First, the recruiter called me and hardly let me talk, she had no knowledge of the job position and its duties. Next the manager called me, explained that he liked my resume, the interview went well, and then I was told a week later they were no longer interested. Seemed like they really didn't know what they were looking for.

Typical panel interview with five people, including engineering, management, and HR interviewers. Not stressful or difficult, very nice people. The interview lasted an hour and a half, consisted of technical and personality questions. Technical questions were focused on experience more so than knowledge.

Informal, mostly experienced based. More of a "get to know you" discussion. Received a tour and went over resume. Met with two lower level managers in my future department, one senior level manager followed by lunch with a larger group where I was able to ask questions.
