Not organised at all, felt rushed, not considered, not understood by the interviewer. Was told I would get a tour of the place but did not, and the questions were mainly about availability.
The interview was a quick chat. Then a trial shift was arranged. I done the trial shift and was told I’d be contacted next day wether I got the job. I didn’t get contacted until I messaged a few days later. They replied after a week to tell me I didn’t get tbe job

It was quite fun and engaging, we did group activities and the such to determine if we're well suited for the job , but other wise, this job was quite a while ago so I don't really remember what was asked, probably standard interview questions
