aptitude, creativity tests and communication there are a couple of rounds.... aptitude , involves most of the technical questions. It was good and worth it all. It is a very good self-supported company going places. For people with talent this company is a boon since the treatment is very friendly and it is more of a team work. They fully trust the employees and hence the work culture is good . They personally train you on things until you learn expertise.
