Well structured interview with clear communication from the HR team. Includes 3 levels of interviews. Group and Individual interviews with senior members of the company. Held online due to COVID restrictions.
Talk with hiring manager on site and then interviewed with peer manager then higher manager. The inverview foces on past expeirence and the expectation of the job position. Nice conversation.

Ok - I know if you have an interview coming up you will want to give your best and get the job. But I wouldn't want to work for a company that ghosts their interviewees especially when I thought all my 3 interviews went great and then nothing. NADA.
