Why do you want to change so fast from your job if you only have 2 years in the position? You should stay and learn more.
The interview process was totally disappointing, the HR person that interviewed me was more focused on pointing out that for her i was moving too fast from position instead of really getting to know me and learn about my motivations and my added value.
Very old fashion recruiting style for such a technological giant.
