The entire process was virtual..first there was a video interview. They would ask about the roles in the present company and some basic questions related with the role. If selected, they will share a big assignment. Ones you have cleared the assignment, you will have a pre final round virtually with the senior manager. It would be like a technical round where you have to be well prepared. Ones he or she finds you good, they will schedule the final round with another manager. It will be like a general discussion explaining the roles and responsibilities. I have been through all these rounds, but ones done they kept me on hold. And there is no response from their side.
