A recruiter reached me for an industrial design position at Motorola Mobility via LinkedIn. I had a phone screening with the recruiter and he said he'll set up a 1.5hrs phone interview with two direction-level designers in the team. I prepared that but it turned out a 30 min phone screening with one director. I was a bit embarrassed but I think I had a good talk with him but I didn't receive any followup email from the recruiter. So I found I'm rejected. Everything was good but I hope the recruiter would give me right information for the process and would reply me about my status.
