The hiring manager contacted me and gave me a short phone interview resulting in an onsite interview later on in the week. The face to face interview was done by two employees, they were friendly and made the interview process simple and enjoyable. They asked the typical interview questions, and questions about prior employees. At the end of the interview, you were asked to complete a small take-off on one of their projects and the final decision was made after reviewing all the submitals.
