Met with my manager a few times prior to the interview with upper management. Very casual process. Upper-level management is great and the Division president is a great leader.

All phone calls or over Zoom. Great people, enjoyed my conversation with each one of them. All behavioral questions, very little technical questions, but we did talk about technical parts of the business. Got a tour of the office and meet the VP in person for the last interview.

The interview process was very basic. Started off with 30 minute phone interview with recruiter. Then communicated with recruiter via text message to schedule next interview via zoom call. The recruiter did not always respond in a timely manor.
