2 interviews one with recruiter and one with the department manager. Only took a few days, they were scheduled back to back. Average interview questions with the opportunity to ask questions at the end.

straightforward and productive. 3 rounds. start with HR, then sales managers, then director. Fast turnaround time which was appreciated. after a year there, i would say they were honest in the interview and if anything undersold the job.
First was a phone call with a hiring manager with LT corporate, the next step was speaking with the VP of Sales and President of LT subsidiary I was applying with on the phone. Then was brought in for in person interview in which I spoke with sales performance manager, an account executive, a senior account executive, and the VP of sales.
