Recruiter reaches out via Indeed, Glassdoor, or email and immediately request a coding assignment with a quick turnaround, asking you to collaborate with a specific reviewer. The task itself is straightforward—fixing bugs and implementing minor features, but after submission, communication completely stops. Expect a total lack of feedback or follow-up, until after a month.
