Process was simple and straightforward Enjoyed the case study portion which allowed me to better understand their company and also showcase my skills.
After case study the communication from HR was solid and follow up good.

Fast, pleasant, interviewer was very friendly, it was a 1 hour interview with the hiring manager, most of the time she explained about the company and the role, and most questions were about what I am looking for, and what are my drivers

Interviewed with HR then hiring manager. Hiring manager was on video. Odd interview as we didn't cover any of my actual experience but wanted me to talk more about what I'd change in the insurance industry - specifically around renters and car insurance. Felt less like an interview and more like they were looking for new ideas.
