They had you make a video as part of the interview process. This meant writing myself a script, practicing, creating a nicely lit curate background, getting dressed up, rehearsing, filming, editing, and then finally uploading. That's a lot of work for an initial application process I'd say.

Entretien
I took an online assessment and heard back about a week later and had another interview with 2 managers. I then had to interview with one more person and about a week after that got an email again from the hiring manager that originally sent me the email to take the assessment. Over a month to wrap it all up.
