I've had several interviews with future managers and stakeholders and a business case about a fictional project to test how I would handle that. The communication and overall process was superb and fun!

Recruiter seemed uninterested from the beginning, 5 min late . Standard questions, 30
Minute duration. I wish there was a better connection I was really interested in the company as whole

The recruiter was very matter of fact. Didn’t ask me many questions. I came away wondering how they’d know whether I was a good fit or not to move to the next round of interviews.

The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening, an interview with the direct manager followed by an assignment and then 2 additional interviews. Interviews were held via zoom due to covid but I understood that generally they are held on-site.
