Initial Interview as mentioned before is conducted by Sam and if she determines your a good fit/ mesh well with the team will set you up for a follow up interview. My follow up was done via zoom since I was intending to move back home with a job lined up. I meet with members of the team ( top management included) via Zoom and it took about 2 hours and the conclusion of the interview thank the last team member for their time and that was all. Following Monday, my interview was a Wednesday afternoon, I sent out my thank you letter reiterating my enthusiasm regarding the organization and its goal for shaking up the industry but to date I have not hear from a hiring team. I intend to follow up, again, even just to confirm I can improve my candidacy for future career opportunities with the company.
