Profile was for frontend UI and some question's asked related to Java.
Rounds of interview. One to one, and/or many to one.
You would find "Epic Shi t" written all over their office and now I understand why. They keep doing this. 1st round was with a sensible guy who at least knew the basics of interviewing. Second round was with a couple of jokers who kept changing their questions every 30 seconds if not earlier. They did not know what they wanted to ask. There is a minimal sense of interviewing required if somebody gets the all important job of interviewing. But alas, these guys were busy shi tt ing. I am glad I wouldn't have to work with these sort of people. I wasted my 3 hours of time indeed. What a waste! Vizury might be a good company but I found at least 2 jokers there.

The questions asked were theoretical, vague and unless you have read them earlier, it will be very difficult to answer. The company should look at their interview process again, otherwise they'll miss out on good candidates.
