For transparency, the interview process to begin with was really clear and outlined well. Initially, this was meant to be 4 stages and consisted of 6 calls in addition to phone calls.
It was very classic to start up interview processes including culture calls and presentations - but after the culture call (which was meant to be the final call), it became a bit messier and unclear as to the purpose of the calls.
Consisted of:
1 - Intro call with people team
2 - Call with hiring manager (Marketing Director)
3 - Call and presentation with hiring manager, RevOps and Chief of Staff
4 - Call with Head of People and CSM (Peer) - (Culture Call)
5 - Call with Marketing Director again
6 - Call with CEO
After 6 stages, I was advised my CV didn't show clear metrics or strategic vision - which whilst I respect as feedback, feels like it should've been highlighted earlier on in the process as opposed to at stage 6.
