Phone screening, two in person interviews, job shadowing. Heard back the day I applied, brief phone screening, had in person interview the next day. Waited in lobby for over 30 minutes before first interview. Very straightforward questions, next stage is job shadowing. Very misleading, the job is basically selling Direct TV in Costco.
