Meh experience - doesn't seem like they are serious about hiring anyone. After HR screen, I met the hiring manager, and was asked to create a case study to present to the team. Despite being weary of doing free work, I did the case study anyway and presented it. The next day I learned the team "passed" on me for not covering something that wasn't even included in the case study instructions.
