Notified by automated Applitrak email that I was selected for initial in-person screening interview with two key leaders in HR department. Then selected for group interview with HR team and same key leaders. This panel interview was preceded by a practical exercise using MS Office applications for two hypothetical workplace scenarios. Everyone was gracious, helpful, and worked to put me at ease with the process. This was my second interview process with this school district and each time the entire process was completed in under two weeks and everyone appeared focused on giving candidates every opportunity to excel in the process. They are big on real-time assessments of skills, so prepare to have to demonstrate your proficiency prior to hire. The hiring manager was accessible and communicative throughout the entire process and very kind and supportive when I showed up too early for an interview--my error. Again, hiring managers and teams at this employer are committed to a thorough and professional hiring process. Although not selected, it was a great experience.
