Interview fairly easy, first round with recruiter was way better handled than with the hiring manager. A bit brash, didn't seem interested, overly direct and typical "construction" mindset. The position seems fine, but it seems like this company is in the midst of a transformation to corporate, which from the one interview I had, is desperately needed.
