The job posting was Senior PHP developer but the interview went more on devops, server maintaince, availability for hot fixing on servers and if I knew Angular. It felt like an all in one type of role.

The first online meeting with one of the  Talent Acquisition Lead, she was really nice, friendly, and supportive, which support and update me till the end. The second interview was with two friendly technical guys. the interview was about my career and ask some questions about my experience and after that, they send me the Technical test. third I had a technical interview with two senior developers who were friendly and just asked to-the-point questions, the questions were about the test I've done and the whole things about the test. Forth I had an interview with two technical managers, I think I could be better at present myself to them and in the end, I could not give an offer, unfortunately. The wonderful thing during the interview with Leaseweb was the person who is Talent Acquisition Lead, I've never seen somebody like her, who always update and manage the interview process, make your stress less with her explanation about the processes, call you to make sure everything goes well or not and at the end, support me until last second, she explains everything for me to make me understand whats happen and why they make their decision.
