It was very short, friendly and I got hired immediately and started immediately. There was a need to fill that position urgently. Being from the PDTP program gave me an upper hand I guess. i had to negotiate my salary further after accepting the offer but before signing the contract. I also kept negotiating my salary later on and boss had no problem upgrading. Performance is key.
