Systematic and straightforward. It doesn't have two many rounds and responses are very swift. I like the way interview was conducted when I joined almost ten years ago. The Recruitment lady was friendly.

It was a video interview. Nice and informative conversation with HR specialist. Asked typical interview questions and was active listener. He described the position and recruitment procedure very well. I recommend.

2. Received a message on LinkedIn asking for my CV and the question "What experience do you have that is most relevant for this position?" and my availability
3. First Skype interview (no camera) with recruiter
4. Got accepted for 2nd interview but I declined - ridiculous low salary, especially as a freelancer and very impersonal communication
