The interview was in person at the LEAP headquarters. It was a group interview where everyone presented demonstration lessons in their art form to teach an academic concept. Then the group interview was followed up by a one on one interview.

Asked a lot of questions about how to teach a through a creative process. You have to be able to relate a lot of different words that start with the same letter into a literacy lesson. You also need to be able to be able to relate those literacy words to a skill but also to an art form. If you think this way- it is a good and easy fit. If not it requires additional thought and understanding what process is required to teach literacy through the arts.
