Interview with Sales manager- spoke to very specific sales skills
Interview with VP of Sales- interview to judge overall character, personality and drive to succeed

Entretien
One phone interview, one face to face interview. After the face to face interview, I was asked for references. Not impressed with this organization. They didn't call anyone, and didn't call me back. If the hiring manager doesn't think that it's going to work, why ask for references? Now my references are call me wondering why they haven't heard from this place. I think that I have dodged a bullet here. If I had the opportunity to interview again, I would avoid this organization. Certainly would not accept an offer from them.

Entretien
I interviewed with 8 people. Folks from VP of Sales, SVP's, Lead PM's, Fulfillments, Customer Care and Outbound Account Managers. If you are prepared than you will breeze though. I had no difficulty and knew I had the job when walking out. Keep in mind I was promoted after a year of being there and it seems fair and great.
