I found this job through a staffing agency, who set me up with someone for a phone screen, followed by an in-person interview a few days later. I was interviewed by three tech leads and an executive. The experience was overall positive - I was asked relevant questions, some technical and others about my work history. There were no tricky coding challenges or algorithms to come up with on the spot.
