Easy going interview, very polite people. Recruiter was from the states and 2nd interview was with the hiring Manager from Ireland. Both interviews were over a video call which you could book your availability into.

Simple, conversation led with a brief validation of tech skills in a collaborative interview style. Problem solving was shared / conversational on the interview which was really refreshing. Interview felt like we were working as a team, but I was in the driving seat!
