Entretien
After initial application, I was invited to book in a quick 15 chat to learn a bit more about the role and discuss in more detail. Organising was super easy as an automatic booking tool giving me all relevant info and links was used.
Following from the initial chat I was emailed a brief overview of the Learn Amp interview process - this was helpful as I knew exactly what the structure would be, and didn't have to wonder "what comes next". Each part of the process had time estimates and included suggested dates/times, which made my response that much easier to get together.
The steps themselves involved; a quick video answering some questions, a test relevant to the role I was applying for, and finally an interview session on values (where I got to meet some potential colleagues also).
The experience from start to finish was very positive and moved at a very reasonable pace. Gabby, who I communicated with mostly throughout, was always reachable, by email, text or phone calls, and very responsive.

My recent three-stage interview process with Learn Amp was great.
I was made to feel instantly at ease in the first informal discussion and came away with a great first impression of the company and team.
The second stage was a role-based competency mission that had to be completed within 60 minutes. The mission was well formulated and required careful time planning and prioritisation of tasks. The time flew by!
The final stage combined some technical questions around the mission and the chance to meet some of the wider team who were happy to talk about their roles and experiences.
Overall, I was very impressed with the process. it took just one week to move from the first interview to receiving an offer. This paired with the time allocated for me to ask questions demonstrated the understanding that the process was as much about me getting to the company and the team as it was them getting to know me!
I look forward to starting with Learn Amp in December!

Provide an overview of your career to date and how it lends itself to the implementation role.
Many thanks or leaving such a detailed review and I'm pleased you rated the design of the process. Thrilled you chose to join us too! Apologies for the terribly slow response!
